What Business Address Plus includes
Business Address Plus initially includes the core services of the M17 Business Address package:
- physical business address at Marienplatz 17,
- dedicated mailbox,
- company sign or external signage,
- Mail acceptance
- personal collection of incoming mail.
It also includes meetings with your own clients and business partners at the location, as well as four hours of meeting room use per week on a fair-use basis. The published price is €499 net per month plus VAT.

Four Hours per Week: A Clear Framework for Your Own Meetings
The meeting room allowance is four hours per week on a fair-use basis. Specific rooms and appointment times must be arranged with M17 in advance. A particular room or a meeting time requested at short notice is therefore not automatically guaranteed.
When you require additional time during a particular week, this may be possible by prior arrangement and subject to availability. Business Address Plus nevertheless remains a business address package with an additional meeting framework—not an unlimited meeting room package.
This distinction prevents two incorrect expectations: you do not pay for a complete office when you only need space for occasional meetings. At the same time, you know before submitting an enquiry that recurring or extensive meeting room requirements must be assessed separately.
What a Client Meeting at Marienplatz Could Look Like
A business partner comes to Munich for a presentation, contract discussion or confidential coordination meeting. Instead of meeting in a café or searching for an external room at short notice, you arrange the appointment in the designated M17 meeting environment at Marienplatz 17.
You receive your client or business partner personally and conduct the meeting in the agreed room. M17 does not provide a general staffed visitor reception and does not receive visitors on behalf of your company. The business presence therefore remains clearly associated with your company.
The rooms are available exclusively in connection with the corresponding M17 packages. Public bookings by external parties, day offices and individual hourly meeting room rentals are not offered.
Plus Changes the Meeting Framework—not the Suitability Review
Business Address Plus is subject to the same general preliminary review as the basic package. Before the contract is signed, M17 assesses in particular:
- the company and its business activity,
- the intended use of the address,
- the expected mail requirements,
- the type and frequency of planned client meetings,
- preferred starting period.
Following a successful review, the address may be designated within the agreed framework for trade registration, a commercial register entry, a registered office or a branch office. The responsible authority or register decides whether the formal registration or entry is accepted. M17 does not provide legal, tax or company formation advice.
The additional meeting requirements do not change these professional boundaries. They only determine whether the basic package is sufficient or Business Address Plus is the more suitable form of use.
When a Private Office Is the Better Solution
Business Address Plus is suitable for companies that work mainly elsewhere but require a physical Munich address and a reliable setting for their own meetings.
A private office should be considered when you:
- want to work regularly at Marienplatz,
- require a permanently enclosed room,
- want to store documents or work equipment in your own office,
- hold client meetings more frequently or for longer periods,
- want to provide several people with a permanent working base in Munich.
For one person who regularly works at the location but does not require an enclosed room, a dedicated desk in the shared office may be a suitable alternative.

FAQ - Business Address Plus
Can Mail Forwarding and the Scanning Service Be Added?
Yes. Mail forwarding twice per month costs €59 net per month, while the scanning service costs €99 net per month. The scope, forwarding method and further conditions are agreed before the service begins.
Are Registered Letters and Parcels Accepted?
Registered letters that do not require a signature can be accepted. Parcels are handled only by prior agreement. High parcel volumes, storage of goods and shipping logistics are not part of the offering.
Can an International Company Use Business Address Plus?
International companies can have the suitability of the package assessed and conduct the initial consultation in English. English translations can support the understanding of the contract documents; however, the German version of the contract remains legally authoritative.
Do I Need to Submit Documents with My Initial Enquiry?
For the initial assessment, information about the company, its business activity, the intended use of the address, mail and meeting requirements, and the preferred starting period is sufficient. M17 will subsequently inform you which supporting documents are required for the further client verification process.
